『塩レモンもつ鍋』
輪切りのレモンがいっぱい乗ったもつ鍋。
煮立ったらすぐにレモンをどかすみたいだけど
酸っぱいの好きなので結構乗せたまま煮込んだ。
スッパ美味し( ° * ° )♡

もつ鍋にレモン、アリだわ♡
〆には麺を入れて食べましたよ。

マル超と言えばホルモン。
この日のホルモンは
上ミノ、ギャラ、シロ、ハツ、オッパイ、
ガツ芯、ヤン、クツベラ、シロコロ、牛ハツモト
ホルモンの部位って何回食べてもなかなか覚えられない。
そこで、部位のお勉強。
ヤン→第2と第3胃袋の間
ギャラ→第4胃袋の上部
ガツ芯→胃袋上部
クツベラ→豚の喉の軟骨
