I visited on a Friday after 7pm.As it was a sunny weekday, the store was very busy and I managed to find one seat.The inside of the store seemed to be divided into smoking areas, with non-smoking on the first floor and smoking on the second floor. (I went to the 1st floor) Later, I realized that this is our 6th anniversary.It seems like they are firmly established in Ueno, which is great! What I ordered this time: ・Appetizer (cabbage) ¥440 ・Sharikin lemon sour ¥616 ・Heart ¥209 ・Cartilage ¥209 ・Pork belly ¥209 ・Finishing soup ¥0 Total total 1,683 I actually wanted to order the "famous shigiyaki" However, by this time, it was already out of stock.I had no choice but to order Hakata's soul food ``Pork Belly''.For Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) in the 200 yen range, it was okay.However, the heart and cartilage were also delicious.I checked it on the way home. When I tried to order it, I was told that there would be a soup to finish the meal.It was a surprise and my expectations were high, but the taste was average.It would have been great if I could taste the umami...On the other hand, the inside of the store was lively. , Above all, I was impressed by the staff.Everyone was very cheerful and the shop ran smoothly even though it was busy.I think I understand why the shop has been around for so long.
