御徒町で所用を済ませ、コロナ禍前以来の訪問です。到着は平日の19時頃。満席ではありませんが、すでにクミンやクローブ系スパイスの香りと熱気に溢れる店内です。
個性的な飲食店が多いこの界隈ですが、味やメニュー以外の要素でも際立つ個性が老酒舗さんには感じます。
久しぶりなのであれこれ頼んでしまいましたが、中華独特のスパイス使いで言葉に表せない複雑な旨味がどの品にもあり、やっばり美味しいなーと。
ガチ中華とよく評されますが、そもそも現地に行った経験がないのでガチかどうかは？ですが、日本人向けの味付けにはあまりしていないとは感じます。系列の羊香味坊さんよりは多くの人にとって食べやすい味ではないでしょうか。
個人的に何よりありがたいのは、塩辛さが控え目で、色々な野菜を和食とは違った様々な調理法で楽しめることです。
1H/1000円の紹興酒飲み放題もユニークですが、何とも味わい深い専用のカップも呑んでいて楽しくなります。が…、ガツンと遅効性で効きますのでお気をつけください。

いつも大賑わい。
外が明るいうちに訪問するのは初めて。
でも、中に入れば一緒、昼も夜も変わらない熱気溢れる店内。
何だかわからないメニューを頼むのも、ここの楽しみで新たな開拓への一歩。思わぬ逸品に巡り合う事も。
単価の安い物ほど当たりも多く、勿論満足度もup。
