外呑み編−蒸し鍋が 流行りなのかな 最近は
この日は知人のお誘いで御徒町での呑み。向かったのはこちらのお店、和食個室居酒屋「えんや」御徒町店です。
JR御徒町駅と昭和通りの間のブロックのビルの3階にあるお店で、大山鶏のコースの飲み放題付とのこと。
まずはビールで乾杯！ ゴクゴクゴク♪
うっ、旨い！ 仕事帰りの生ビールは最高だねぇ。
枝豆です。
ビールのアテにはやっぱりこれ。
蒸し鶏サラダ。
胡麻のトッピングの和風ドレッシングであっさり味。
大山鶏と野菜の蒸篭鍋。
ここのところ、魚河岸枕崎、十米、そしてこの店と、蒸篭鍋を食す機会が多いなぁ。蒸篭鍋が流行っているのかしら。
芋焼酎のお湯割りに切り替え。
グイグイ飲みながら蒸し上がりを待ちます。
蒸し上がりはこちら。ポン酢と胡麻ダレがあるようですが、みやけんのオススメは胡麻ダレ。
やっぱり大山鶏は旨い！
こちらは鶏のタタキ。
火が通った肉とはまた違った食感と風味。これも旨い！
海老と季節の野菜の天ぷら。
野菜は茄子とかぼちゃ。
鶏の炭火焼。
炭火焼はやっぱり香ばしさが違います。
〆の炊き込みご飯。
ほぐした蟹の身といくらのトッピングで、これも旨い！ 〆というより、これをアテに飲むため焼酎追加。
おまけ。スーパードライ エクストラコールドです。
実は知人が最初に頼んだエクストラコールドがちょっと味がおかしかった（みやけんも味見させてもらいましたが、何だか薬臭い感じ）のでその旨店員さんに言うと、すぐに取り替えてくれました。これはとても気持ち良い対応でした。こちらのエクストラコールドは文句なしの旨さでしたよ。
焼酎お湯割りとビールですっかりいい気分になったみやけんは、この後真っ直ぐに帰宅したのでした。おしまい。
