今日は水道橋まで行ってきました。
馬肉専門！！
夜は又馬刺しとか色々美味しいそうです。
今回はランチに訪れました。
今は紙のメニューはなくて
バーコードでメニューを読み取り注文するという
なんとも面倒！っていうのも機器に弱いのとスマホも
使うのが大変なのでモタモタしてしまう！！
メニュー見てたべるはきまっていたので
口頭で注文受けてくれました。
★仕事馬特性ハンバーグ 980円
ソースはおろしポン酢にしました。
スープはキノコのスープ
食後はコーヒーを選択
大きな器で出てきます。
ハンバーグとサラダがワンプレートに
下にはご飯がはいっています。
ハンバーグが凄いフワフワで柔らかい
普通のお肉とは食感が違う感じ！
サッパリしてるお肉に
そしてソースもおろしポン酢なので更にサッパリです。
これは美味しいしパクパク食べれてしまう
食後のコーヒー飲んで少しゆっくり
女性だけかぼちゃのムースが着いてきました。
こういうの嬉しいですねー
かぼちゃの甘さだけで、美味しいムースでした。。
美味しく頂きました。
