JR御茶ノ水駅の御茶ノ水橋口を出て、明大通りを渡ったところ、
交番の先に地下へ下りる階段があります。
日本レストランシステム株式会社が展開する和風スパゲッティ専門店。
いまや、ドトール・日レスホールディングスですね。
洋麺屋 五右衛門は、1976年にはじまった
お箸で食べるスパゲッティの草分けだそうで。
北海道から九州まで全国展開しています。
秋のおすすめメニューが5種類ありました。
とうとう、食欲の秋になっちゃいましたねぇ～
白神あわび茸ステーキと炙り帆立といくらのペペロンチーノ： 1,242円
おなじみ、ちっちゃくカットした豆腐とネギの入ったスープがでてきます。
相変わらずショボイです。。
しばらくして、白神あわび茸ステーキと炙り帆立といくらのペペロンチーノが登場！
箸でいただきます。
白神あわび茸は、秋田県の白神カンパニーの商品で、
エリンギとバイリング(ハクレイダケ)の掛け合わせでできたキノコだそうです。
バター醤油でソテーしたあわび茸は、アワビに似たコリコリした食感♪
そういえば、3年くらい前に白神えがお茸を使ったパスタを食べてました。
炙り帆立といくらも入ってますから、これが美味しい。
ところで、箸で食べるパスタは、意外と食べにくい。
やっぱ、パスタはフォークかなぁ…なんて考えながら、
スルスルっといただきました。
美味しいかったけど、CP的にはイマイチかなぁ。。
