６月になって暑い日も訪れはじめ、日高屋の冷し麺が美味しい季節になってきました。
今シーズン最初の冷し麺は、御茶ノ水駅近くの店舗で。

今年も期間限定発売いたします。
日高屋の黒酢しょうゆ冷し麺は、麺と具材が別皿でご提供しています。
お好みで具材をのせたり、少しつづお好みの具材と食べたりお好みでアレンジしてお召し上がり下さい。
具材は、ハム、きゅうり、錦糸卵、紅生姜の定番具材とわかめが入った5種類になります。
スープは、りんご酢、黒酢を使い、酸味料等は使用していない為、優しく自然なさわやかな酸味に仕上げております。
