「胡椒饅頭」？？「PAOPAO」？？
店名からして不思議なインパクトがあり、何となく？？？と今まで素通りしていましたが、クチコミを拝見すると『胡椒愛』に溢れる有名店と判明。
これは是非ともお邪魔せねばとランチに伺いました。
確かに人気店のようで、活気のある店内。
愛想の良い客さばきの店主と思われる男性と
テキパキと無駄のない動きの明るい店員さんたち。
足を踏み入れた途端に居心地が良い。
６人掛けの丸テーブルにも、真ん中に店名のロゴの入ったオシャレな衝立があり、お昼のかきいれ時であっても二組しか案内しないらしい。
私も一人客、向かい側にも一人客と、６人詰め込めるところをホスピタリティ溢れる配慮が嬉しい。
「胡椒麺」を食べて見たかったので、ここは迷わずにフォローしている皆さんがオーダーしていた『サンラーこしょう麺』を。
「胡」と大胆にプリントされた赤い紙エプロンを、両面テープで洋服に貼り付けて、いざ実食！
食べ始めは、そんなに酸っぱくないし、辛くもないし、ふぅーーん。って感じ。
でも、食べ進めると汗がポタポタ。最後は、ダラダラと紙エプロンを濡らすほどの汗だくに。
生胡椒がきいてますね。
白菜、筍の食感も楽しく、結構なボリュームでしたが、一気に頂きました。
色んな意味で大満足！
また、今度は定食系も気になるので伺います。
