SPF200gのリブロースカツ定食3800円とアジフライ1匹600円を食べました。
ご飯大盛無料なので、大盛りにしました。
調味料は、塩2種、ソース2種、とキャベツ用のアオジソドレッシングでした。
とんかつ、アジフライ両方ともに、白いサクサクのパン粉が均一に載せられています。
塩やソースは、サクサク感を損なわないよう肉の断面にかけるように注意書きがありますが、傾けるとパン粉が落ちてきます。
さて、衣はサクサクで、肉は臭くなくて柔らかく、美味しいです。
上質すぎて、塩やソースに負けてしまうくらい、繊細なお肉だと思いました。
私的には、アオジソドレッシングをかけて食べるのが肉の旨さが引き立ち美味しかったです。
醤油を置いてもらえるともっと良かったかと思いました。決して塩やソースが美味しくないわけではないです。
アジフライは、タルタルソースが添えられていますが、塩の方がアジの風味が感じられました。
衣がサクサクでパラパラなので口の中で舞って、勢いよく吸い込むと咳き込みます笑笑
ご飯は大盛りを選択しましたが、微妙な盛りでした。
接客は良かったです。
