店に入るとL字の白木カウンターに目が付きます
清潔感あり落ち着く店内
席はカウンター席・テーブル席・個室がありました
今回はカウンター席に通されました

シャリは赤酢で酸味は控えめでやや柔らかめでどのネタとも合ってました

まずわ白身のヒラマサで中々食べれない希少な魚は上品な味わいでした

炙られてますから香ばしさが口いっぱいに広がりカラシの酢味噌がピリッとした味わいで楽しめました
・鯵
薬味の生姜ネギが美味しいく鯵は臭みも無く新鮮なながわかります
・中トロ
口に入れたらとろけるトロで至福

・穴子はふわっふわな今までで食べた穴子で1番美味しかったです

蟹・ウニ・イクラの旨みが合わさった手巻きを一口食べたら昇天しちゃいそうなくらい美味しい
