I heard from a fellow Kagurazaka gourmet that a delicious yakitori restaurant had opened, so I came here for the first time ( ´ ▽ ` )ﾉ The restaurant has a sophisticated atmosphere with exposed concrete, and there are only 6 seats at the counter. It's a luxurious space where you can enjoy your course while watching Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) slowly grill over charcoal and enjoying its aroma ( ꈍᴗꈍ) Well, about that course, the owner... Apparently, this is not Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), but a Japanese selection course that includes yakitori as a Japanese-style meal dish. This time's selection course starts with chicken stock soup, marinated sea bream kob, hotaru squid and udon with vinegar miso, golden sea bream sashimi, chawanmushi, salted octopus roe, 5 types of yakitori, steamed chicken salad, Gyoja garlic beef roll and grilled fava beans, with roe. The composition consists of boiled squid, grilled Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) shoots, pickles, and freshly cooked rice in a clay pot ♫ The crispy skin of the yakitori and the freshly cooked rice in a clay pot were especially delicious ♥ There weren't many types of alcohol, and there was no wine list, so I didn't have a list of Japanese wines ( Shirayuri Brewing) Red and white only. The amount of food may not be enough for those who like to eat a lot, but I think it's just right for those who want to eat delicious food in small portions (｡•̀ᴗ-) ✧ If you don't finish all the freshly cooked rice in a clay pot, you can make it into Onigiri and take it home, which is a nice service, Michelin-starred Japanese-style meal style (*˘︶˘*).｡* ♡ It was a Japanese-style meal restaurant that I would definitely want to come back to again!
