It was a wonderful restaurant where you could feel the careful work being done on each and every dish, while the entire restaurant was buzzing with energy! ----- Today I visited for the first time with a friend I met through work. My friend who lives in Kagurazaka is a gourmet connoisseur with a fairly high Engel coefficient. Since it was my friend's choice, I had high expectations even before I entered. (I heard later that it was also my friend's first visit. LOL) The meal was an selection course for 4,400 yen. The course starts with bowls and sashimi, eight skewers, and ends with soba noodles. For drinks, we ordered beer, highball, and wine to go with the food. The skewers have a bit of playfulness to them, but all of them have a thin, crispy coating and are very delicious! This is the first time I've ever learned that turning turnips on skewers can be so melty and delicious. The soba noodles at the end were coarsely ground and had a strong aroma, and the thin noodles and slightly sweet soup had a good balance and were very delicious. Other items also seem to be well made. The bill is 7,500 yen per person. The staff are very lively and the whole store has a nice atmosphere. After all, there are many wonderful shops in Kagurazaka. I would love to visit you again!
