祝日の11:05に訪問。先客４人。
山形辛味噌らーめん 900円
肉飯おにぎり 150円
龍上海さんが好きなので、その系統と聞きまして楽しみです（龍上海さんは新横浜のラーメン博物館でしか食べたことありませんが）。
5分弱で着丼。
青海苔の風味が良いですね〜。
まずは汁をひとくち。
ちょっと薄味かな？と思いますが、丼の真ん中に置かれている辛味噌を少しずつ溶かすとなかなかの濃さと辛さになります。
麺はけっこう柔らかめですね。硬めで頼んでも良いかも。
つるつるしていて舌触りはいいですね。
具材はメンマとチャーシュー２枚。いずれもしっかり味が付いていて美味しいです。
かなり濃いのでライスとか頼んでも良いと思います。
私は肉飯おにぎりを注文しましたが、箸休めになりましたね。
ちなみに肉飯おにぎりは炊き込みご飯のおにぎりですね。
おにぎりにチャーシューが入っているようなものではないです。
卓上にある唐華は辛味噌らーめんにはちょっと合わなかったですね。
おそらく唐辛子とゆかり、鰹節あたりを混ぜ込んだものだと思います。
次回は塩豚骨も食べてみたいですね。
