ちょっとこれは…美味すぎる…
肉がマジで美味いです。
そしてマジで美味いのにリーズナブル。
高い店行けば美味いのは当たり前。
炭蔵は違う。安くて本物の肉食える。
美味いポイントは数を上げればキリがないが、柔らかさ、新鮮さ、炭火特有の香ばしさ、そしてタレもマジ美味い。
中でも柔らかさはピカイチ。
口の中でホロホロととろけます。
カルビ、ロース、ハラミ、タン、何をとっても完璧でした。
ソファ席もありゆったりできる上、店内が全く煙たくないのも凄い。
コスパ考えたら神楽坂トップクラスなのは間違いない。

休日18時に訪問。
レバ塩、タンすじ、和牛ロース、厚切りロース巻、上ミノを注文。お酒は山崎ハイボールと白州ハイボールで乾杯。
全て無駄な脂が少なく、身がしまっていて食べやすい。つけタレも濃厚だが旨味をコロさず、飽きが来ない。
シメはテグタンうどんを1つ注文し、ハーフにして2つに分けてほしい旨を伝え、臨機応変にご対応いただく。
ちなみに、炭蔵のかわいいコースターはもらえるので是非記念にどうぞ！
