本日は念願の石かわさんに行きました！
神楽坂に素敵な門構えで和の空間を存分に楽しめる店内でした。
カウンターと素敵な完全個室がいくつかあり、個室でお食事をさせて頂きました。
この時期の旬の食材を石かわさんの職人技で見事な味でした。
筍はみずみずしい食感と甘みがあり、伊勢の海老しんじょうは味がしっかりした味わいでした。
蛸は西の明石、東のいすみといわれるぐらい有名な地域のタコを塩茹でさっと通してあり、素材の味が活きていました。
氷見のイワシはこんなに巨大なイワシは見たことないぐらい大きくて1万匹1本を厳選して仕入れていて、肉厚で脂がたっぷりのっていて絶品でした。残念ながら写真を撮り忘れてしまい食べかけの写真になってしまいました、、、すいません笑
土鍋ご飯も真鯛のアタマの旨みがしっかりご飯に染み込んでいて、美味しかったです。
また猪の味噌汁もごはんにマッチしてました。
最後はたまご餅でしたが、付け合わせのトリュフソースが美味しくってたまりませんでした。
さすが名店という感じの内容でした。
