今日はランチで利用しました。
椿山荘の中 ロビーフロアである3階にある本格派イタリアン。
今日はランチコースにしました。
まずアミューズはイタリアのオムレツ フリッタータ
最高でした。
そして前菜はフォアグラのテリーヌ、
鴨胸肉のアフミカート そしてフォアグラの上にフランボワーズ、素晴らしい組み合わせ、かつ絵心が素晴らしい！そしてホカッチャ、とっても美味しい前菜でした！
そしてパスタはズワイガニを詰めたパッケリ 筒状のパスタです。それと透明なトマトのゼリー
最高でした。中からぱっくりと開けたら筒状のパスタとずわい蟹がたくさん出てきました。すごくお得感あります。美味しいです！
そして、メイン一品目は魚
イトヨリ鯛と海の幸
ズッパ ディ ペッシェのカルトッチョ
最高です！
魚貝類がたっぷりの一品です。しかもスープが濃厚であります。最高でした！ムール貝、イカ、イトヨリ鯛がとっても美味しい。スープがなのでさまざまな魚貝類の味わいがミックスされて最高に美味しかったです！
そしてメイン ２品目は和牛サーロインのグリリアータ スチーム野菜添え 最高にテンダーな和牛 焼き加減も最高でございます！
ソースは二種
イタリアンパセリとバジルのサッパリめのソースと赤ワインとお肉のソースからとった赤ワインベースのソース 違う味わいを楽しめます！
こってりした赤ワインソースは肉のボリューム感を引き出してくれます。そしてパセリとバジルのソースはサッパリ楽しめます。美味しいです。
そしてデザートは、マスカルポーネムースとフローズンチェリーヨーグルト、そしてカモミールをいただきました！ヨーグルトとベリーのアイスが最高でした
最後はカモミールで締めです
