蒸し鶏ご飯
三宿の交差点にある本店に、昔たまに通っていました。やさしいスープと香港麺がおいしいラーメンが看板メニューのようです。四谷三丁目の交差点近くに新しく開店したようなので、ランチに行ってみました。
ワンタンつみれ麺と小丼と杏仁豆腐がセットで８５０円です。麺は普通麺と香港麺が選べ、小丼もチャーハンやチャーシュー飯など５種類から選べます。麺は香港麺にし、いつものようにラー油をかけて食べます。スプーン一杯のラー油をかけて丁度よい感じになります。
小丼は、蒸し鶏ご飯を選択しました。これが大正解。とても美味しい。ショウガとネギのきいた醤油ベースのたれがたっぷりのっていてめちゃくちゃ美味しいです。
シンガポール鶏飯という１日１５食の限定メニューがあるようでしたが、おそらく蒸し鶏ご飯と同じような味だと思うので、今度はそれを頼んでみたいです。
