絶品❗️牡蠣ソース和えそばを食す❗️

何で見かけたのか忘れたけど、前々から気になっていたお店。
ほぼ具材無しの超シンプルな和えそば。
牡蠣ソースが満遍なく混ざっています。
でも李錦記とかの市販のオイスターソースとは全然似て非なる味。
深みが有って美味い。
ソースは粘度も高くマッタリしてる所に細麺が良い感じ。
細いけどモッチリした蒸した麺なのかな…。
ペロリと美味しく頂きました

具材無しで1,000円ってコスパはどうかと思うけど、美味しさに満足しました。
