平日の午後、営業の休憩で永田町駅構内のカフェを利用した。ここは半蔵門線と有楽町線の連絡通路沿いの飲食店街“Echika fit”内にあり、イートインスペースが４ブロックと意外に広い。しかしテーブル席とカウンターからなる店内はほぼ満席の状態、タイミングよく空いた電源付の席を確保して「ホットコーヒー」380円を受け取った。
オリジナル焙煎コーヒーは“氷温熟成珈琲豆”で、すこぶる香りが豊かである。ほんのりと甘みも感じられ、まろやかな味わいである。廉価ではあるが、疲れたアタマを徐々に覚醒してくれる。店内は比較的静かで、仕事をこなすにももってこい。あっという間に、報告文書が１本仕上がった。
改札内にありメトロ利用者に便利なカフェ、束の間のブレイクを楽しみ次の営業へと向かった。
