休日４人でランチタイムに予約して訪問。
場所は霞が関ビルの隣の東京倶楽部ビルディングの3階。
予約時間に行くと、ランチを食べに来た客が店前に行列しているので驚いた。
予約しているのでスッと入店し。カーテンで仕切られた外の景色が見える個室に案内された。
まずは飲み放題メニューからスパークリングワインをボトルで注文。前菜をあてに軽く1本明けた。
白ワインに切り替えると、フカヒレのステーキ 濃厚白湯仕立てが登場。フカヒレのステーキは初めて食べたが、フカヒレが香ばしく美味しく白湯のソースも良く合う。
ロゼワインと赤ワインに切り替え、伊達鶏の炙り焼き 瀬戸内レモンソース。サッパリと爽やかで伊達鶏の肉も美味しい。
鮑 ホタテ 大海老のクリーム煮は魚介の旨みがタップリ詰まったクリームが旨い。
〆のチャーハンはオイスターソースや紹興酒をお使いだろうか風味良く美味しい。担々麺も濃厚胡麻スープに細麺がフィットしている。
美味しい料理と酒を心行くまで楽しみ大満足でフィニッシュ。ご馳走さまでした。
