アークヒルズのブリアンツァへランチを食べに行きましたー
ブリアンツァは小さなお店で少しごちゃっとしていて、ランチ時はいつもにぎやかな感じです。
ピザ窯があって、ピザの良い香りがします。
が、今日は帆立のジェノベーゼにしました。帆立好きなのでw
ランチのサラダはサニーレタスやキャベツの上に少し甘酸っぱいニンジンのラぺが乗ってます。
ドレッシングはシーザーっぽいクリーミーで粒感がある甘めで美味しいドレッシングでした。
ランチで選べるドリンクは意外と多く、セットドリンクでは珍しい野菜ジュースにしてみました。
おぉ！野菜ジュースは結構薄目で市販のジュースっぽい感じでした。
そうこうするうちに、帆立のジェノベーゼが来ましたー
帆立は小柱みたいな小粒の帆立がゴロゴロっと入ってます。大きい貝柱かと思ってたので少し残念。
ジェノベーゼのソースはバジル、松の実、エクストラバージンオイル、チーズ、それぞれ素材の味が濃く滋味深い味で美味しかったです。
ソースが少ないかなと思いましたが、こってり濃厚だったのでちょうどよかったです。
このジェノベーゼソース、後味に少しスモークの香りがして美味しかったです。
ナッツをすり潰した感も美味しかったし、オリーブオイルのグリーンが鮮やかできれいでした。
デザートは200円プラスすると付けられます。今日はティラミスでした。
ティラミスは手作りっぽくて美味しかったです。
次はピザも食べてみたいなぁと思います。
