ランチで訪問。赤坂見附から歩くと結構歩きます。ちょっとした坂道もあるのでタクシーが正解かも。
中華というよりはフレンチみたいな佇まいで上質な空間でした。料理は正直最初の前菜ではあまり期待値が上がりませんでしたが、2品目のお粥からおっと思うほど美味しくて野菜炒め、酢豚、肉のクレープ巻きの流れも完璧でした。特に肉のクレープ巻きは熱々の揚げたてサクサクの生地が巻くのが好感触。北京ダックの肉版みたいなメニューですが、日本では巻く生地を冷たいまま出す手抜きな店が多いのでうんざりしてます。フレンチで焼き立てではない冷たいパンを出すのと同じことなので…まあ冷めててもふつうに美味しいのは美味しいんですがやはりアツアツが最高ですね！
食事はチャーシューの炒飯か坦々麺で選択。どちらも美味しいので好みの領域。坦々麺のスープがピリ辛で美味しかったです。デザートは杏仁豆腐かマンゴープリンですが、こちらはマンゴープリンの圧勝。果肉が入ってて美味しいです。杏仁豆腐は後から砂糖を掛けてるのか甘味は控えめですが、一体化しておらず口の中でザラザラして正直料理のレベルに見合わない完成度でした。飲み物は水出し烏龍茶。880円とかなり高いですが美味しい烏龍茶を無限におかわりしてくれるので全然あり。ワインとのペアリングがおすすめのようなのでそちらも気になるところですね。夜に一度来たいと思います。サービス10パーがあとからついてくるので会計は思ったより高くはなります。夜のコースはワインまで飲むとかなり高くなりそうなので要注意。
