ランチ15．ベトナム料理。日替わり950円
「今日の日替わりは、豚肉と野菜の炒め物、ガーです。」
肉野菜炒めと鶏肉のフォーが届いた。
テーブルの上の調味料はニョクマムと揚げたガーリック。
肉野菜炒めは塩味ベースなのでベトナム北部の味付けなのかも。
レジに蓮茶（はすちゃ）が400円で売っていたので、
いただいたのは蓮茶ですか？と尋ねてみた。
すると、蓮茶８割で２割が黒烏龍茶のブレンドだそうです。
おいしいですね、と言うと、にっこり笑って、そうでしょ、と喜んでいた。
また行くつもりです。
夜のメニューもキャットフィッシュとか、蛙とかいろいろあって楽しそうです。
