さっそくお目当ての「八坂」セットを頼んだら、まず白米と小鉢が出てきたので…
もちろんメイン料理を待つまでもなく、日本昔話盛りでジャコ山椒をオンザライス！
丁寧に炊き上げられた白米は、しっかり芯までふっくらしており、粒の立ちも良し♪
味噌汁と小鉢で、もうこれだけで立派な朝ごはんになりそうですが、しかし今は昼！
昼ごはんにはメイン料理が必要なので、ここぞとばかりに登場したのが、この出汁巻き！
ひとつひとつ職人がじっくり焼き上げてくれた出汁巻き玉子は、見るからに風格があり…
何層にも重ねられたミルフィーユ状の玉子のスキマに、ジューシーな出汁がイン！
であれば、まずはハーフカットして、そのままOTR（＝OnTheRice）しちゃうと、
まるで温泉に入っているオジサンの頭に置いてあるタオルのごとく、立派な存在感。
そしてひとくち食べると、ぶわっと出汁があふれ、上品な香りが鼻を抜ける優しい味♪
ふわふわっとした癒し系な口当たりなので、こりゃあ玉子料理好きにはたまりません。
漬物もOTRしながら「あぁ、日本デブに生まれて良かったなぁ…」と、しみじみ思い…
気づいたら、出汁巻き玉子がまだ半分残っているにもかかわらず、白米フィニッシュ！
けれども、「ないのならおかわりしようホトトギス」というDEBU家の家訓どおり…
白米おかわり無料なこともあったので、ここぞとばかりにOMR（＝OneMoreRice）！
そして、すかさずOTRすると、なんだか少し前に見た光景とまた同じに見えるという…
