マイレビュアー様の花山椒鍋を見て、即伺おうと思ったのですが、予定とお店の空き状況が合わず7月の訪問となりました。
でもレビューから花山椒鍋に限らなくても、絶対美味しいお料理が頂けるはず！と信じて伺います。
夏の間は食材の関係でしょうか、22,000円と33,000円の2種のコースで用意されています。私は33,000円のコースでお願いしました。

・鮑✖️土佐酢のジュレ
・鯖すし
・鮪の炙り✖️黄身マスタード
・蟹コロッケ
・雲丹、茄子、冬瓜のお椀
・唐墨蕎麦
・鱧✖️蓼酢 万願寺とうがらし
・八寸 車海老✖️フカヒレの茶碗蒸し

こんな食べ方があったのか！？という連続でとても楽しく、随所に散りばめられた香味が好みです♪
お椀の雲丹は葛うちした雲丹ということで、初めての味わいと舌触りです。
八寸のお野菜にかかった豆腐のソースは、家に常備したいくらい濃厚で美味しい。

そして甘鯛！ころもはザクザクで10年熟成醤油がとっても美味しい♡
極めつけは花山椒の佃煮。頂けないと思っていたので、生ではなくとも嬉しい誤算！
香りも味もほどよく保たれていて、鰻を格上げしています！
コースでこんなにご飯を頂いたのは初めてで、別腹のはずのデザートが全く食べれず⤵︎
出来るだけ残さないようにしていますが、どうにも入る余地なしで、羊羹は包んで下さいました。
