17時に予約して来店。暖簾をくぐって地下に続く階段から特別感を感じ、ワクワク。予約時に、予約が必要な縛り牛タンをお願いし、お食事は来店時に決めることにして伺いました。
牛ヒレカツサンドが食べたかったので、おまかせコースに、選べるものはお肉は炙りすき焼き、ご飯はビビンバ、デザートは抹茶あんみつに。
全て焼いていただき、最高な状態だったからでしょうか、どれもフワッフワで柔らかくてほどよい脂がありながらもさっぱりとした味わいでとても美味しかったです。カツサンドはお口でとろけるカツに粒マスタードの酸味がちょうど良い、期待以上の美味しさ。
ガツガツ食べるというより、色々な美味しいお肉を適量楽しむ感じで、どれも大満足でした。
たくさんいただいたのに翌朝胃もたれもなくスッキリでした。また、焼肉を食べたとは思えないほど、お洋服に匂い移りもなく、その後カフェへ移動できました。
また行きたいです。今度は炙りしゃぶしゃぶ、冷麺、プリンも試してみたいな。
