昨日、家族が手術を無事に終え、母と祝ってスペインの小さなバルに行きました。とても素晴らしいお店でした！
チーズと生ハムは最初からとても良くて、他の小皿料理も一品一品が美味しかったです！
白ワインで煮たいろいろ貝は、一つ一つがぷりぷりでジューシーで、ハムで取ったスープにカリカリに焼いたパンを浸すのが本当に最高でした！
オリーブオイルで焼いたアンチョビの包みキャベツは、超絶に甘くて（そして超絶に満腹になる）、こんなに甘いキャベツを久しぶりに食べました。
また、もう一つの冬野菜の蒸し焼きに入っていたヤーコンもとても爽やかで甘く、本当にどの料理も心の中にぴったりと当たりました。
カジョスはとても中国風の味わいで、デザートも丁寧に作られていて、まさにハズレのないスペインのバルでした。
