こちらもよくInstagramのストーリーでよく見て気になっていたお店。
オマカセのキャンセル枠で幸運にも行くことができました。
建物の地下に降りると高級感あふれる空間が広がっており、待機スペースと、その奥に一列のカウンター、目の前は厨房なので調理している工程が全て見えとても臨場感がありました。
料理もとても美味しく、特にフカヒレが絶品でした。
次は何が出てくるのだろうというワクワク感で終始とても楽しかったです。
接客もとても素晴らしく、大満足でした。
