苺の季節になったら、食べてほしいナポレオンパイがあるんだよねと
友人が以前から言っており、この度やっと訪問できました。
ナポレオンパイの美しさ、美味しさはもちろん期待通り。
そこに辿り着くまでのお料理、ペアリングで合わせていただいた4杯のワインもとても素晴らしかったです。
個人的には蝦夷鹿とそれに合わせたソース、ピューレとりんごが良かった
お腹いっぱいになりかけており、ナポレオンパイも食べたかったのでメインを少なめでお願いしたところちょうどいい量に調整してくださったのもとても嬉しい。
あと！クエに合わせてきたモリーユ茸〜！久しぶりに食べた。美味しい…嬉しい！
