目的も無くふわっととった平日休み。
ラテストでラテと空間を楽しみながら、ランチはどこに行こうか♪と。
地図を見てみると表参道の外苑前寄りだったので、
そうだここに来てみようと！
美味しい物好きな友達が美味しかったよ、と以前教えてくれていたお店だったのです。
ランチの終わり時間近くに行ったにも関わらず、店内はほぼ満席。
3種のランチの中から
◆蒸し鶏のねぎ醤油
を選択。
まずは、サラダブッフェです！！
入口近くにサラダゾーンがあるので、そこから自由に盛れます
ポテサラ、紫キャベツのマリネ（といってもゴマ油で！）、海藻、パスタ、トマト…
フルーツもパイナップルがありました。
かなり種類豊富！
サラダを盛ってお席に戻る頃にはランチのセットがほぼ到着です。
おみそ汁がセットというのもなかなか不思議(^-^)
評判の蒸し鶏は、噂通りにふっくらと柔らかい！！
しっかりと味が染みているのですが、このタレ抜群に美味しいです！！
醤油のような味がベースになっているのですが、深みがあって美味しいですね。
これだけをご飯にかけて、ねぎ醤油ソースご飯にしちゃいたい位！！
ご飯の進みが早く、おかわり！と言いたい位でしたが、ちょっと我慢してブッフェでとったパイナップルをデザートにして終了！
うん！美味しかった♪
この醤油ソースの味からして、他の料理のベースも絶対に美味しに違いない！と感じる旨味。
毛沢東スペアリブも気になるし、いつか夜にo(＾o＾)o
