イタリアンはトラットリアが一番！なんて普段は言っていますが、
こんな名店で接待してもらえるとなりゃ、テンション上がります。
青山通りのサンクレストビルのＢ1Ｆ。
同じビルには姉妹店ピッツェリアサバティーニ青山も入っています。
創業1981年。イタリア政府が初めて日本でリストランテの称号を与えたお店だそうです。
イタリアから取り寄せた木の扉やタイルが風情あるローマの雰囲気を醸し出しています。
ローマ行ったことないけど。。。

メインが美味しいのは当たり前ですが、この日一番印象に残ったのは
ホタルイカとポロネギのリングイネです。とても深い味わいでした。
ミネストローネも久しぶりでしたが、今までで一番かな。
ワインも白赤1本ずつ空けて大満足。
正直最初はちょっと緊張してましたが接待してくれた方や、お店の気配りに
すぐ場が和みとても楽しい会食になりました。
まあ酔っ払っちゃえば一緒なんですが。。。
今はこういうちゃんとしたお店って減ってるような気もします。
たまにしか使えませんが、特別な日のために抑えておきたい一軒ですね。
