ブルーノート並びの地下に降りるビストロ。男だけのスタッフで地下でもあり清潔感は今ひとつ。皿やグラスはもっと丁寧に洗うべきか。サービスは若いのでぎこちなさやオーダーも連携が必要。さて料理、温菜は柔らかい味で盛り方も良い。玉ねぎのグラタンも肉の盛り合わせも美味だがプレゼンは今一歩。デザートも技術はいい、プレゼンかな。。総じて美味しいんだが、男っぽさが気になる。ただ、、、スーシェフが超絶イケメン。レストラン業界はイケメン多いがあのレベルは見たことない。一見の価値あり。
