Italian Cuisine facing the big road in Omotesando. It's a clean restaurant with a casual atmosphere, but the food is carefully prepared. I received a course for 6,500 yen. Pon de queijo. Chewy bread with a hint of cheese. Strong cheese aroma. Caprese with tomato and mozzarella. The long, slender cherry tomatoes are high-grade tomatoes with a strong sweetness. The generous amount of basil sauce also tastes good. Yellowtail carpaccio. Beautiful pink yellowtail, radish and shiso flowers. Tororo kelp is used for the sauce that surrounds it. An interesting Japanese combination. delicious! A lovely dish with beautiful pink and green colors and delicious taste. Seasonal vegetable salad. mushroom slices. I don't have a photo, but the mushroom slices were fragrant and delicious. Raw mushrooms feel like a luxury. Squid frites, pickled purple onions. The plump squid has a soft batter and is very voluminous. Pickles have a sour taste, but they are soft and have a mellow sour taste. However, it had a strong flavor and was quite assertive. potato. Plenty of fermented butter, anchovies, and truffle oil. It's so delicious and smells so good. The potatoes are sweet and fluffy. It tastes great with wine, but it also looks good with beer. It's luxurious and quite casual. Charcoal-grilled Echigo mochi pork loin from Niigata Prefecture. The meat seems to have been marinated with herbs and other ingredients, making it soft and flavorful. You can enjoy the juiciness of the pork, and best of all, it goes really well with mustard. The "Tasmanian grain mustard" was extremely delicious even on its own. The grains are larger than those in Japan and can be popped in your mouth. The fatty taste of the pork was softened by the mustard, and the pork was more delicious than usual. The surrounding grilled vegetables (Brussels sprouts, red turnips, etc.) are also charcoal-grilled and are fragrant. The mashed potatoes underneath were smooth and nice. The final dish is peperoncino with kettle-fried whitebait. It's a juicy pasta with a good hint of garlic. The soup-like sauce was so flavorful that I wanted to eat it with bread. Lastly, milk Gelato. The sweet and sour sauce was refreshing and a good ending. I'm full. There are circumstances that prevent me from drinking alcohol on this day. From non-alcoholic cocktails, ``Blood Orange with Crushed Ice'' costs 900 yen. Are you mixing oranges not only with orange juice but also with crushed ice, or are you crushing frozen oranges? The ice was rich, refreshing, and extremely delicious. All photos are for 3 to 4 servings. Even so, the course was quite voluminous and I was able to thoroughly enjoy the food. I was pretty full. If you want to have a leisurely meal with conversation as the main focus, you may want to choose a course with fewer dishes. It's a restaurant where you can enjoy your meal and the staff have a nice atmosphere. It's a little expensive in terms of cost performance, but I think it's good for once in a while.
