原宿にあるパンケーキのお店。
2011年に開店し、パンケーキブームを牽引してきたお店の一つです。
この日は、土曜日の午後13時前頃に訪問。
まだお茶には早い時間のため、座席が１テーブル空いており、すんなりと入店することができました。13時頃からお客さんが結構来だして、外で待ちもできていたので、待たずに入るのであれば、早い時間の方がよさそうです。
この日、注文したのは、マカダミアナッツクリームのパンケーキ
テーブルごとに提供されていき、15分ほどで提供されました。
まず、見た目は白いソースがたっぷりとかかっていることもあり、真っ白。
そこに砕かれたナッツが振りかけられています。
まず、一口いただきます。
通常の生クリームなどと違い、さっぱりとしたマカダミアナッツソース。意外とソースは甘さ控えめ。そこにほんのりと塩味を感じるパンケーキと合わさり、絶妙なバランス。
パンケーキの食感もふわふわめで、いくらでも食べられそうです。
これは、人気なのも納得なお店です。
