I had the best sushi course. As the name suggests, the sushi was all seasonal. I had four types of tuna: medium fatty tuna, lean tuna, large fatty tuna, and trotaku. The hospitality was wonderful, and I had a great time. Here's what I ate and my last comment about the sushi I particularly liked -------------------------- White wine (Microcom) ¥1,200 Yamazaki Barrel Plum Wine Blend ¥1,100 selection "Top" Course ¥16,500 ・Bamboo shoots in chawanmushi ・Cream cheese in Saikyo pickles ◎Chu fatty tuna (Katsuura, Chiba) aged for a week ◎Mackerel (Maezuru, Kyoto) ・Sumika ( Awaji) Vinegar oranges and rose rock salt from Pakistan ・Grilled cherry salmon ◎Red bluefin tuna topped with yuzu (Katsuura) ・Wild striped horse mackerel (Kochi) precious ・Azuki grouper (Nagasaki) topped with rose salt ・Salmon roe pickled in soy sauce ◎Grotaku ◎ Raw chicken shellfish (Murozu, Hyogo Prefecture) is in season for about 2 months and is soft (crunchy ones are frozen ones) ◎Broiled Nodoguro (Yamaguchi) ◎Kuruma prawns (Oita) Live until just before sweet ・Ezo bafun sea urchin (Hokkaido) ◎ Conger eel (Tsushima) ・Big fatty tuna ・Kampyōmaki ・Omelette made with ground white meat and nagaimo ・Bettarazuke ・Red soup stock 14 types of nigiri, 21 types in total, luxurious.The red vinegar rice is small and the toppings are large.It comes in a lot. Since I came here, I was quite full and very satisfied.The raw oyster shellfish is soft and you can taste the texture of the original shellfish.The oyster shellfish is available from spring to around Golden Week.Also, all the tuna were the best, but the trotaku was the best. It was exquisite.The rolls were thicker than the usual size and melted in your mouth.The texture of the pickled radish was also a nice accent.The grilled sea bream was also perfect.The horse mackerel and conger eel also had a good texture and were very delicious. The tiger prawns were quite sweet, had a unique appearance, and looked like shariats. Overall, they were wonderful and I would love to come back again. Thank you for the meal.
