時々無性に食べたくなるハンバーガー。
マックもたまにはいいけれど、
パティに黒毛和牛を使い、
国産小麦使用のふわふわ自家製バンズで挟む
本格的なバーガーは格別でした｡
会社帰りに友達と ふらっと立ち寄ったのは、
JR池袋西口から、徒歩３分ほどの2階建ての
SHOGUN BURGER池袋西口店。
１階の手前に注文用のタッチパネルの機械があり、
奥が調理スペースのようです。
イートインだけでなく、テイクアウトも同様に注文できます。
オーダー後は2階のイートインスペースへ。
窓に向かって座るカウンター席が７つ、
テーブル席は、6名用、4名用x ２とあります。
頂いたのは、アボカドチーズバーガーの
SHOGUNアルコールセット。
セットがお得だし、
仕事終わりだから、ビールも飲んじゃう。
メニューの写真はどれもボリューミーで
中でも控え目かなと思い頼んだアボカドチーズバーガーも
食べ応え満点でした。
パティは、冷凍ではない黒毛和牛を使うから
肉肉しい食感、凝縮した旨みが口の中に広がります。
バンズは、ふんわり焼き上がっており
国産小麦の甘みも感じられて美味しい。
運ばれてきてから合体し、袋に入れて
こぼれないように頂きます。
ホテトもカリっと揚がっていて、
ホップの旨味がダイレクトに感じられるIPAのSHOGUN BEERと共に進みます。
心配をよそに、美味しくてペロッと完食。
これはハマります♡
