I haven't seen this chain restaurant since the one in my neighborhood closed. I happened to see it while I was out, so I went there for the first time in a while. It was Sunday lunchtime and there were 5 groups waiting, so I had to wait quite a while. Sunshine City, Saturday customer base, low turnover. If you change your perspective, you can take your time. Spicy cheese tomato noodles, this is quite spicy. If you're not used to it, one sip will make the pores in your head open. It's not a menu for people who don't like spicy food. I like spicy food, but I don't enjoy it as spicy as Mongolian Tanmen. You can also specify the firmness of the noodles using the tablet on the table. Quite delicious. It's quite spicy, but delicious. Italian Cuisine tomato soup with cheese and chili pepper? A strong spiciness. The extra-thin noodles, which I specified as firm, go well with this. I liked it so much that I ordered a refill using the tablet, which I hadn't planned on. It was served surprisingly quickly. If you don't eat it carefully, the cheese will accumulate at the bottom of the bowl, so it's best to break up the chunks and stir them as you eat. For rice lovers, they also have risotto.
