パクチーカラシビ味噌ラーメンを辛さ控えめ、シビレ多めで注文しました。味噌ベースのスープは絶品で、具材にはもやし、ニラ、ヤングコーン、豚の角煮が入っていました。もやしは適量で香ばしく、スープの味を損なうことがありませんでした。ヤングコーンはラーメンに良く合い、もっと多くても良かったです。豚の角煮は特に美味しく、このクオリティで1000円以内は価値があります。パクチーのトッピングはシビレとの相性が良く、追加で頼んでも満足できるでしょう。全体的にバランスが取れた美味しいラーメンでした。
