池袋西武百貨店で回転寿司を食べ終わったも、まだ少し物足りなさがあったので蕎麦ならまだ胃袋にはいるな～と脳が伝達したので【十割手打ちそば 美蕎】に足を運びました。（食べログ投稿時３・４７）
お店は豊島区役所の裏側にあたるTOHOシネマ池袋近くの雑居ビルの１Fで土地勘が無いと少し分かりずらい場所にあります。
店内に入りメニューを見て注文したのは、鴛鴦せいろ（えんおうせいろ）￥９８０（現在は￥１０００）♪
先ずは、汁、山葵、天かす等が配膳され、続いて十割のせいろが運ばれます。
最初に、箸を手繰り蕎麦の味を吟味すると蕎麦単体の風味は弱いですが旨味は感じられます。
続いて汁に付け頂きますが、汁の味が濃くますます蕎麦の旨みが薄れます。
続いて二枚目の粗挽きせいろが配膳されます。
一枚目の十割せいろに比べ蕎麦が太く短い蕎麦で、食べると少し硬く食べずらいですね（笑）
ただ、蕎麦の旨みは粗挽きせいろの方が感じました。
蕎麦湯はトロトロタイプの蕎麦湯でした♪
