中華やネパール目当てで大久保に通う中、いつも行列で気になっていたケバブスタンド。
色々調べると、都内最強ケバブとの噂も。
おつまみ（具のみ）・ミックス（ビーフ、チキン）・ダブルホット（激辛）で注文。
たしかに盛り方が尋常じゃない。
ソースも、悪く言えば味濃すぎだけど、これでもかと入れてくれるのはあくまでサービス精神でしょう。
それが故、サライケバブチェーンの中でも一番人気店に。
人気店が故、肉の消費が早い、そのため肉の状態が常にジューシー（ケバブにありがちなパサパサ感がない）。
などなど、さまざまな条件が重なって、結果、都内最強と呼ばれるのもうなずける、激旨ケバブとあいなる。
大袈裟でなく、これは一食の価値有り！
ちなみに僕の相方ワタナベイビーは、サライケバブ西浅草店の常連で、「ライス、ミックス、ミックス」が定番注文とのこと（それ以外言わないそう^_^）。
