中華料理 兆奎餃子
新大久保駅西側の中古楽器通りにあった朋来聚がリニューアルオープンしました。
以前は日替わりメニューが中国語で読めなかったり店頭にザリガニの水槽が置かれているなど、新大久保界隈では最もディープな雰囲気を醸し出していた中華料理屋さんでしたが、リニューアルし、ザリガニの水槽がなくなるとともに明るい内外装になりました。
平日昼遅くに訪問しました。先客は3組ほど。
店内は開放的で三、四十席はありそうな広さです。
ランチメニューは780円ぐらいから多数の中華定食があります。
日式中華のメニューというよりは、やはり素材も味付けもかなり本国的なメニューとなっています。
この日は好物のジャガイモの辛酸っぱい炒めをお願いしました
メインの料理のほか、ライス（お代わり自由)、スープ、ミニサラダ、ザーサイの漬物がついていました。ソフトドリンクも1杯無料です。
メインのじゃがいも炒めには赤唐辛子が沢山入り、いかにも辛そうな見た目ながら、唐辛子を食べなければピリ辛程度です。中国的な香りもなく、お酢の酸味と合わさって日本人にも食べやすい料理だと思います。
量もたっぷりでとても美味しかったです。
中国人男性のお客さんが頼んでいた黒光りした肉系の炒め物も美味しそうでそそられましたが、山盛りですごいボリュームでしたね。
店頭では餃子の皮を延ばし包み込む仕込み姿が見られます。
そうだ、餃子の店なのでした。
