We purchase over 30 types of fresh fish every day from fishing ports around the country and prepare a wide variety of fish dishes. One of our most popular dishes is the ``warayaki'' bonito. After receiving your order, we grill high-quality bonito with plenty of fat. It has a reputation for being unforgettable once you try its delicious smoky flavor. We are also proud to offer the rare ``domestic tuna grilled with roasted straw''.
