先日テレビで見て「汁なし坦々麺」系が食べたくなりどこか良き店がないかと少し歩いたらすぐに見つかりました♩
さすが新宿歌舞伎町は飲食店に事欠かせないですね。何故だかラーメン屋さんがたくさんありました。
激戦区なんでしょうか？
バンカラ坦々麺 まずは、食券をお買い求めします。PayPayも使えるようです！
外見からは一見わかりにくかったですが、白基調のナチュラルインテリアは女性受けいたしました。
全てはカウンターで済ますようです。
オーダーを取るときに必ず聞かれる「辛さ」と「痺れ」味の想像が出来なかったのでとりあえずどちらも標準にしました。
マイルド系もあるようですよ♩
カウンターに置かれた自家製ラー油や、昆布酢、昆布醤油、塩胡椒がありました。
頼んだのは汁なし白胡麻野菜坦々麺¥1280黒胡麻と迷いましたが店主おすすめの白胡麻で良かったです。
見た目がとても綺麗！盛り付けも多彩で汁なし坦々麺と分かりませんでした。
モッチモチのブルブル麺は白胡麻とよく絡み合います。よく混ぜて食べます。小さく刻まれた角煮も入り色んな食感があり楽しめました。
辛さも痺れも普通だったけどそれなりに辛かったです。
白胡麻の風味と花山椒が美味しい。 野菜がたっぷりで、どちらかと言えば女性に人気があるのだとか！かぼちゃ、おくら、蓮根、パプリカ、インゲン、ヤングコーン、ミニトマト、ナス、ブロッコリーマッシュポテトの上にはチーズの揚げ物が乗っていました。夏バテ防止にもなるし野菜不足解消ですね。
汁なし担々麺の他にもふつうの汁があるタイプの担々麺もあります。 汁なし坦々麺を食べた人は「おい飯無料サービス」をやっているそうですよ。ご飯も欲しくなるんだよね！
