夜だと食べ過ぎちゃうのでランチで訪問
帰国したら是非行ってみたかったお店。前々日に食べログの予約状況を見たらまだ空いているじゃ無いですか～
と言う事で日曜の１２時からの予約をポチり。
当日の１２時に伺いました。
いやはや職安通りは若い子が多くてびっくり。既に韓流ブームも終わったと言う話を聞いていたのに、まだまだ凄く熱くて人気があるのにびっくりしました。
お店はドンキホーテのすぐ隣にあったのでわかりやすかったです。
一番奥のカウンター席に着座。
一席毎にガス台が置かれているのも凄い感じ。
土日限定のランチコース税別4,980円をチョイス。それと生ビールをお願いしました。
店員の女性が色々気を遣ってくれるのは良いですね。
コンロの上にしゃぶしゃぶ鍋が置かれて火がつけられます。
まずは牛タンと野菜の酢の物が出てきました。
薄味で凄く美味しい～。ビールが進んじゃいます。
そしてお肉と野菜が登場。牛タンをグレードアップしたので、差しが入った牛タンです。こんなの久しく見た事の無い牛タンです。サーロインも差しがタップリ。これも凄い。
お湯がぐらぐらいい出したところで、まずは牛タンと豆苗をしゃぶしゃぶ。
オニオン塩を掛けて頂きます。
牛タンが柔らかくて旨いのなんの。素晴らしい味わい。
唐辛子塩、燻塩、ワイン塩があって色々と味の変化が楽しめるのが良かったです。
個人的にはオニオン塩が一番あっていると思いました。
あっという間に完食。
そしてサーロイン。一枚そのまま食べるのももったいない。なので１／３にカットしてしゃぶしゃぶ。
ごまだれを付けて頂きます。
この肉も口の中で溶けていく感じが凄い。びっくりの美味しさ。
さすが店主のパワーを感じる味わい。それにつけだれが美味しいこと。
あっという間に消えて行きました。
ランチでご飯が早いうちに出てきてしまうのはちょっと再考された方が良いと思いますが、ビールの後、東洋美人を飲んで気分もよくなりました。
ご飯は玉子かけご飯で頂きました。この玉子のこだわりも凄い。旨いじゃ無いですか～～
付け合わせの明太子も納豆もザーサイも美味しかった。
なんやかんやご飯も完食。
そして〆のデザートはイチゴのソルベ。
甘さ控えめでこれも美味しかった。ほうじ茶とマッチしていて良かったです。
日本酒の種類も豊富で希少なものもあって凄かった。
ここは昼より夜なのかな～
でもお腹が一杯になりました。
また機会を見つけてうかがいたいと思います。

とある会にお誘いを受けて初めて夜に行くことができました。
夕方１７：４５スタート。
内容がそれだけ濃いと言う証な訳で、一発目から数の子が出てきました。
味付けがいい感じ。
ビールで始まりましたがこりゃ〜日本酒がいいに決まってる。
そして日本酒の種類もすごいとしか言えないものばかり。
食材もそうだけど日本酒も工面されて入手されていることでしょう。
タンのローストビーフも美味すぎる。炙りの但馬牛もすごい。
そしてテールスープがまたいい感じ。トロトロで濃厚すぎる味わい。
ちょっと色が濃くてびっくりだけど味もびっくり。丁寧に作っているのがわかります。
そしてウニく。肉の扱いが違うだけに特別な味わいです。
テールスープの塩麹仕立てもあっさりしているけど濃厚で美味しい。
色んな角度でせめてくる感じがいいと思います。
時間をかけて剝いてくれた香箱蟹も美味しいとしか言いようがない。
つまみに筋子を出してくれて、塩っぱい中でも濃厚な味わいがまた日本酒を進めてしまう。
次に牛タンの昆布しめ焼き。これもまた美味い。色々あって、そしてどれも美味しい。
ここからやっとしゃぶしゃぶへ。
シャトーブリアン、サーロイン、タンを使ったもの。
アクも出てこないしこんなに美味しい肉はないんじゃないかと思うくらい。
間にパクチー餃子を入れてくるのも憎い！ちょっとスパイシーで好みの味わい。
しゃぶしゃぶは美味しいな〜。
ステーキも良いけど余分な脂も落ちて食べやすいし、とてもヘルシーな感じです。
何より肉が凄い。すごすぎます。
まだまだ出てくる。それもすき焼きだ。
あわ立てた卵、そして上には白トリュフがトッピングされている。
こんな贅沢は無い。肉も最高。
こんな贅沢して良いんだろうかと思ってしまう。
締めはシャモロックダシのそうめん。だしが美味い！
もうこれで終わりなのかと思っていたら、香箱蟹を使った炊き込み。
殻を煮詰めてダシをとったものだから、味が濃厚。
何でも濃いめです（笑）
最後のデザートはアイス。これは某寿司店と同じものらしい。
また上品な味わいで美味かった。
それにしても量が多い。多すぎ。でも美味い。濃厚。
そんなイメージ。
しばらく肉を食べなくても良いくらいの印象でした。
昼も良いけど夜は最高。
やっぱり高さんのサービスは最高！
また機会があれば伺いたいと思います！
