本日は、会社のメンバーとともに、新宿東口に位置する北海道海鮮・個室情緒 ～ ２３番地 ～ にディナーに訪れました。
JR新宿駅から中央東口への徒歩1分という好立地に位置し、アクセスも便利です。店内は居心地の良い個室が完備されており、落ち着いた雰囲気の中、ゆったりと食事を楽しむことができます。さらに、掘りこたつやソファーが配置された「ロ■ロ離れ」など、異なるモチーフエリアが3つ用意されており、自分たちの好みに合わせて選ぶことができます。
料理の中でも特に印象的だったのは、手作りの食べる醤油であえた【あん肝のはりはり醤油】でした。食感がよく、食べるラー油の醤油バージョンが上に乗っており、醤油の風味と辛みが絶妙にマッチしており、口の中で広がる旨みに感動しました。
また、【羅臼産トロほっけ】は、口に入れると口の中でとろけるような柔らかさと、海の風味が広がりました。北海道の新鮮な海の幸を存分に味わうことができ、その旨みに舌鼓を打ちました。
さらに、秘伝のレシピで作られた【北海道名物・滋養鶏ザンギ】は、濃厚で芳醇な香りが特徴で、ジューシーで柔らかい肉が、お酒との相性も抜群で、食欲をそそります。
そして、【北海道名物【北海かにまみれ丼】】は、北海道名物のかにをたっぷり使用した贅沢な一品でした。オホーツク紋別産の本ずわいカニを使っており、その濃厚な味わいが存分に楽しめました。ズワイガニどんは、蟹味噌もたっぷりとっており、蟹の風味と濃厚な旨みが口の中で広がりました。
店内の雰囲気も抜群で、全席喫煙OKなので、リラックスして過ごすことができました。また、日本酒マイスター監修の生意気な飲み放題付きコースも楽しむことができ、充実した時間を過ごすことができました。北海道海鮮・個室情緒 ～ ２３番地 ～ 新宿東口店は、素晴らしい料理と居心地の良い雰囲気が魅力のお店です。またお邪魔します。ご馳走様でした
