新宿の桂花ラーメンで、
唯一行ったことが無かった
"桂花ラーメン(新宿西口店)"へ行ってきた。
新宿の"桂花ラーメン"で
チャーハンを提供しているのは、
新宿ふぁん店と新宿西口店だけ。
そのため、店に入って左手にある券売機で、
"炒飯セット"の食券を購入。
"炒飯セット"の内容は、
"細麺桂花"、"ミニ炒飯"、"餃子2個"。
最初に運ばれてきた"ミニ炒飯"は、
しっかり1人前ぐらいの
ボリュームがあって、
その味わいは、いわゆるコショウ炒飯。
継ぎ足し系チャーハンで
何度も炒め直しているせいか、
ところどころで焼きおにぎりのように
カリカリで硬い部分があって、
食べられない、、、^^;
次に"細麺桂花(ラーメン)"は、
盛り付けが雑過ぎて、
全く気持ちがこもっていないし、
麺もノビているし
そもそもこの麺、美味しくない、、、
やはり太肉麺にするべきだった、、、
ただ、マー油が入ったクリーミーな
スープはガブガブいっちゃう、、、^^;
そして餃子もお情け程度なのは、
まあ、セットだからしょうがないとしても
そのクオリティは、
まるで冷凍食品、、、
もちろん批判するつもりで
入った訳ではありませんが、
なかなか厳しいと思いました、、、
