I've been going about 3 times a month for about 3 years now. This is a small bar with a calm atmosphere. Right next to Don Quijote's Kabukicho store (along Central Street). On the 8th floor, the top floor of a building that has Karaoke shop in the basement and a chain Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). [Atmosphere/Seating] The overall impression is quiet. Wood grain counter table. This bar is like a hideaway in Shinjuku. There are about 8 seats at the counter, and the tables can be separated, so I think it can seat about 15 people. There are many regular customers that you can often see at the counter. It seems that tables are often reserved. It might get a little lively if the table is filled with about 15 people. [Staff] There are three staff members who are familiar to me all the time. Not much has changed since the first time I went. Lol Even if it's a little awkward because there are so many regulars sitting at the counter, the staff will happily engage you in conversation, and if you want to concentrate on drinking alone, they'll leave you alone in a good way. I like the sense of distance ◎ [Cooking] Most of the time, I have never seen the menu. But when I first started coming here, I often ate Omelette Rice. The eggs are melty and delicious! ! They also have daily recommendations, and if you want to eat something, they'll make a variety of suggestions. It seems that the fried chicken set meal is on the secret menu. LOL I have the impression that you can make anything as long as you have the basic ingredients! [Drinks] It's a bar after all, so there's a lot of variety♪ The usual flow is Sapporo draft beer → plum wine (I think there are about 15 types?) → fresh cocktail → whisky. It's like that. Anyway, anything goes. The fresh cocktails in particular seem to have different fruits every day, so you'll never get tired of them. I always go here as a place to relax after work. I love the atmosphere of a secret hideaway where you want to teach but don't want to. thank you as always.
