こちらは、代官山フォレストゲート1Fにあります。
シェ・リュイがプロデュースするビーン・トゥー・バーのチョコレート屋さん
フォレストゲートOPEN時から、開店ずっと気になっていたお店です
なのですが、3月4月はずっと忙しくて、GWになってやっと行くことができました
シェ・リュイは普段は下北沢のパン屋さんでよく行くお店です。
代官山のレストランもいいですよね!!
この日は、ケーキ狙いで行ったので、キューブとモンブランを頂きました。
(折角来たので、2つ頼んでしまいました!!)
ホントはジェラートも頂きたかったけど、流石にそこまでは食べれず

真ん中に程よい酸味のアプリコットのジュレが!!
モンブラン
メレンゲの上に茨城県産和栗のクリームとカカオパルプのジュレ
カカオハスクのチュイルに挟まってます。
（チュイルは瓦屋根って意味らしいから、まさに使い方あってるかも）
最近、代官山にスイーツ・カフェがどんどんできているので、とても楽しい!!
でも、全然行けてないので、時間とって巡りたいですねー
