平日20時頃、
待つことなく入店することができました。
「パンケーキ＆グラタンセット」
約1200円などもあって、カフェと言うより、
洋食屋さんみたいな雰囲気も持っています。
私は小腹が空いている程度だったので、
本日はパンケーキのみをチョイス。
パンケーキも、フルーツが
トッピングされたものなどもありますが、
私はオーソドックスな、何も乗っていない
パターとメイプルシロップで
いただくこととしました。
やってきたパンケーキは、
一般的な「ホットケーキ」に近い
厚みのあるフォルム。
表面は、香ばしくパリッサクッと
音も香りもいい感じ。
内側はふんわりというより、
しっとりとしていて、甘さは控えめ。
メイプルシロップたっぷりで
いただいて美味です。
店内には、絵本も設置されていて、
地元の親子連れの笑い声が響き、
明るくほのぼのしています。
都心型の、仕事終わりに疲れを癒やす、
スタイリッシュなカフェとは一線を画した、
地元密着型のカフェというより
「パンケーキ＆洋食」屋さんでした。
