The chef sources his ingredients from Hokkaido, where he is originally from. Meat Dishes such as roasted Ezo venison and French-style beef cheek stewed in Yebisu dark beer go perfectly with wine! [TiTi] was opened in Ebisu, Tokyo by two people who grew up in the countryside of Hokkaido and met in Sapporo. The two, who have extensive experience working at grand maisons and course-style Restaurants, are particular about the à la carte (single dish) style.
